If your order was filled incorrectly, damaged, or you are not happy with the fit or item selected, please contact us directly via our
contact page (Please include your order number with your inquiry), or return the item or items using the steps below.

If you are returning the item for an exchange and is no fault of Savage Force, the custom will be charged for the returned postage and handling.

Postage charged is as below,

$10, 0-1 Kg 

$15, 1 + Kg

• RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF FORM IS NOT COMPLETE

NOTE You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return/exchange products purchased from Savage Force.

• For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product.

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was a fulfillment error by Savage Force.

 STEP 2: Enclose a copy of the packing slip and return/exchange form with your item.

Savage Force as sole licensee organises the design manufacture marketing promotion and sale of Event Merchandise that appears on this web page.
Savage Force is an Australian company and supplies merchandising and products in accordance with Australian law including Australian consumer protection law.
Details of the events merchandising and products are provided on our website for you to check before placing an order. We ask that you check those details prior to placing an order – especially as to materials used, size and price.
Savage Force sells and ships event merchandise on this web page and products globally.

These delivery times may alter particularly in times of heavy demand or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that you provide us with your correct shipping address so that we can deliver your event merchandising and products to you.
We will let you know by email and updates on our website as to the progress with receipt supply and delivery of your order of event merchandising and products.
If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied that the quality of any event merchandising and products is acceptable, please promptly (we ask that if possible this be done within 30 days of receipt of the event merchandising and products by you) advise us by email sent to sales@savageforce.com.au
If any of our event merchandising and products are not acceptable in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection Law then we will organise with you to have the relevant event product returned to us at our cost and (if the event product is not acceptable in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection Law) then (if we hold the relevant item in stock) we will replace it at no additional cost to you or (if we do not hold the relevant item in stock) we will refund the price you paid for event product and the shipping costs for that product to you.
Please ensure that all event merchandising and products returned to us are carefully wrapped and returned to our returns address below.
We will not be responsible for lost items coming back to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address.
